I have been harrassed by Robin with JR Brothers Financial. Several laws have been broken in her unfair and unlawful debt collection. I too am being pursued for a debt that isn't even mine. I tried to explain this to her and request proof that My signature was on anything or any other proof that this debt was mine and she became very short with me threatening to contact my employer and garnish my wages. She then hung up.

I tried to call her back. I was very calm and asked to discuss the matter further she hung up on me again. I even tried to speak with her supervisor and he was equally as rude asking if I was going to pay it right now by credit card and when I refused because they need to prove that this is a valid debt and that it is my debt he hung up on me too!

What kind of people do you hire for this kind of job? Do they put on their resume "I am very rude, I am short tempered, and always treat people unfairly. I have the worst customer service skills" And they come in and are hired by this company. How proud they must be of the lack of true skills they have! Horrible Horrible people.

Several laws have been broken by this company. She disclosed to others that she was trying to collect a debt from me when by law I am the only person besides my lawyer that can be told this. She also refuses to provide proof that this is my debt. She claims that she doesn't have to. She also threatened to contact my employer and garnish my wages.

If anyone else has unfair or unlawful dealings with this company or any other like it PLEASE don't stand by and let them get away with it! Report them to the attorney General and the FTC- Document everything, record conversations, gather your proof to show that what they are doing to you is unlawful.

How unfair for me to have to deal with this harrassment and to take time out of my life to deal with this when it isn't even my debt!

This is a horrible company with horrible representatives. I would never allow them to represent my company. I would never hire them to collect a debt for me. Even if they were successful, their practices are unethical and wrong.
