J.R. Vacation Consultants Justin Ray, owner Paid Service fee for Vacation Rentals Daytona Beach Florida

I was contacted by a representative of J.R.Vacation Consultants to market and advertise "for rent" my weeks in The Grand Bliss with them.  JR then contacted me by phone, and we discussed his company's procedures for these rentals.  JR said he was confident the weeks would be rented but it would take time.  He also said he would keep in touch with me regularly (monthly) to update me on their progress with my weeks.  I told him I would rather pay him when he rented a week.  He said he couldn't do that because of all the advertisement he needed to do for the weeks.  I signed a contract with him on October 1, 2014.  Almost a year now!!  

At first JR did phone to let me know they were advertising my weeks, was optismistic, but said to be patience cause it might take months.  So the holiday weeks for vacations came and went.   One time, he said he had someone who was interested but the person didn't put a down payment.  After the holidays, the updates stopped - I was the one leaving messages.  JR would eventually return my calls but said there was no interest so far.  I contacted him again regarding the Spring Break.  After that, I've tried to contact him regarding the upcoming summer vacations - another big season!  He hasn't return my calls, texts, or emails.  My last texts to him were on June 8, June 24, and July 15, 2015.   Today is September 1, 2015.   My patience and trust are now gone.

None of the 4 weeks were rented, that I discussed with JR, when I signed the contract.  I want a refund of  the $449 rental fee I paid with my VISA through PayPal.
