JRCP CORP (judgement recovery consultant pundits. Inc. Aaron Robinson Scammed our company out of $1,637.55 Taftville Ct

I would like to make a formal complaint on Aaron Robinson and or JRCP CORP (judgement recovery consultant pundits. Inc.

11/1/2016       Aaron Robinson sought us out. He spoke with Mark the owner, who then asked me (Kelly) to listen to what he had to say. He called many times perusing us. He made a big issue that he belonged to the chamber of commerce which I looked up to be true.

11/10/2016       Sent (JRCP CORP) Judgement Recovery Consultant Pundits inc  a check for $1637.55 which was half of which he originally wanted. We were not going to give him that kind of money because we were already out $9000.00 dollars from the customer. I sent him all the information on the customer.

11/14/2016       he cashed check

11/10/2016       Had our company sign a consulting agreement

11/16/2016       spoke with Aaron who stated he is filing Affidavit documents. He told me there will be a holding pattern for 60-70 days for our customer to respond to the affidavit. He stated if you do not hear from me all is good, means things are moving along.

12/19/2016       called Aaron at 661-231-0444 ext. 402 no answer just ringing

12/20/2016       got a voice mail for Aaron at 661-390-5950 I found this number from the chamber of commerce. I left a message for him to return my call. No response

12/20/2017       Called the chamber of commerce 661-702-6977 and spoke with Lori, she said she would call him and then return my call. Lori called the same number I used 661-390-5950. He answered immediately. He stated to Lori they were on holiday from Dec 19- January 4 2017 it was very slow. He said to tell me everything is moving forward.

1/5/2017      I called 661-390-5950 He answered and said that he would not be in until the 5th. I said today is the 5th. He said he will call me 1/6/2017.

1/6/2017      I called Aaron 661-390-5950 He said he was trying to serve him (our customer). We will hear when he (our customer) is served. Then at that time we would need to serve an affidavit for the courts.

2/1/2017      I called Aaron He said he was in court and would call me back (he never did)

2/2/2017      I called Aaron at all numbers and left a message for him to call me (he never did)

2/6/2017      I called and left a message stating I don’t know what is going on, I am questioning whether you are a legit company and you need to communicate with me and tell me what is going on.

2/8/2017      I called him and left a message to email me what he has done for Saviour Septic up until this point.

2/13/2017    I called him and he stated I needed to fill out and have the affidavit notarized and to him, which was done immediately

3/13/2017   I called him and stated he needed to return my call Please be advised this is not acceptable. (he never called Mark)

4/18/2017    I called Aaron and stated he needed to return my call. It has been 6 months and there is not one thing you can show me.  

4/20/2017     I sent an email “I need to see something from you, to prove you are doing anything for us to try to recover this money. You are not even returning my calls. I have never come across a business that does not return their calls. You were so on it to get our money and now nothing. Please contact the owner and explain to him what you are doing.  (he never did)

5/19/2017    I called and firmly stated that he needed to return my call (he never did)

6/19/2017    sent email to aaronsr77@gmail.com    Subject : Proof   stating you need to contact me asap

6/20/2017     Aaron emailed and stated, “very busy we have not forgotten you I will be in contact with you soon thank you”

6/26/1017     Aaron returned an email stating “I will follow up with you by the end of the week out of town on business” (he never did)

6/29/2017    I sent an email “still waiting to hear from you” (never heard)

7/5/2017      I found some scam info on the web pertaining to JRCP Corp I emailed him the link and nothing else

7/5/2017     I received a email that stated Hi Kelly Our office has called you two times today. I will ask Mr. Robinson to give you a call when he is back in the office. (None of that ever happened)

8/1/2017    You left a voice msg  stating that you were getting in touch with the attorney in CT and I would hear from you soon.

8/8/2017     I sent you a email stating It has been a week since you said you were going to speak the attorney. What did he say? What is his name?    (no response)   

8/23/2017   Called Aaron left a message to call me   no response

9/18/2017    Left Arron a msg that if he agreed to return our money that I would not peruse and complaint against him. I advised him to return my call by end of day. No response  

9/18/2017 I called the SCV chamber of commerce and spoke with Cheryl, who advised me to email her the complaint. She will email him that and that he needs to rectify. She will email me his response and we will go from there.

9/19/2017 We have never seen I piece of information that shows us, he has done anything on our behalf.
