We were unable to do a project due to unforseen medical bills that we thought would have been covered by our health insurance. They lied saying we could contact a company to do financing with, then asked for $2,112 or they wouldn't order the products.
I didn't sign any papers and gave them a 5% deposit which was $523. They had not ordered any products yet for the flooring project because the estimate wasn't finalized.
They are supposedly only sending half the deposit back to cover costs in the store (which I didn't purchase anything). They didn't order anything yet, they just worked on an estimate.
I would like the full refund of the deposit back since we didn't receive any products or work for the money.
