JSK COMPUTERS, JEFFREY KODBA CON ARTIST IN ERIE

Jeffery Kodba of JSK Computers is advertising the sale of 50 17' & 19' LCD Monitors. He describes these as off lease or display model equipment in great shape. He states these are back in the original factory boxes. He requested that my company wire him $2,250.00 for a pallet of 50, saying that 50 is the minimum order. We wired the money to National City Bank, Pittsburg, PA.; We received 34 broken stripped and defective monitors. These were not complete and stripped apart for recycling, they trew the monitors in on big box smashed. When I called Jeffery and his brother Joseph and told them they had shipped junk and shorted us over 16 monitors they responded with too bad. You're not getting your money back and go ahead and try to sue us. They tried to blame the shipping company and make them pay, but the driver who delivered the monitors, he's the one who alerted us when he opened the shipping box in the truck, we refused the shipment. Since then 03/20/08, we have not been able to talk to them and they are refusing to refund us, proposing to give us CREDIT ONLY for few hundred dollars otherwise to sue them.
