About October of 2001 JT Card Services got an automated payment out my checking account,stating I was approved for a credit card and would receive it within 4 to 6 weeks.

Around November 7th,2001 I received a letter informing me the card was on its way with a $100 certificate of free gas.I made several calls after I realized it was the New Year and my card hadn't arrived.

However, all I get is no answer, voicemail full or transferred and put on hold for long periods. If anyone has any information about how I can retrieve my money or turn this company please post a Consumer Comment to this Rip-off Report.

My story is also the same. Its almost been seven months and I haven't receieved my refund of activation charges so far.
Hence if anyone has any information about how I can retrieve my money or turn this company please post a Consumer Comment to this Rip-off Report.
