JT Card Services, LLC Took money and can't get the credit card or my money back now.

I was called by JT Card Services in Nov. of 2001. I wanted to be able to establish credit back again. I thought it was a good thing. They took the money from my account in Nov. with promises that I would recieve my credit card in approx. 2 weeks.

I waited and around Christmas I called to ask about my card. They said that it was on its way and that they were having a back log of trying to get the cards out. I have called from then on every 2 weeks from there on and have been told the same thing the card will be there in 2 weeks, the card will be there on Sat., the card will be there next week.
Now that I am tired of waiting, I have tried to call to get my money back from them.

I called yesterday 1/22/02 and was on hold for 45 minutes the first time, when some one finally answered they hung up on me. I called back again waited 30 minutes again was hung up on. I called today at 11am west coast time only to get a message stating that the person with this message box will not respond for the box is full. Then I checked the number again called it numerous times to recive the same message. I called at 5:30pm and all it did was ring this time.

I also tried to contact them on line but have not been able to reach that either! HUMMMMM

I feel that this is a rip off company and I want my money back now! The sad part is that I am from Jacksonville, Fla. Something needs to be done with this company so it doesn't happen to any one else at all.
Some one needs to find out from the states attorney in Jacksonville if this is a fraud company or what.
