On 12/06, I ordered a spa pack unit from Joe Topinka of JTE Pump Warehouse, PA. When I recieved the unit, it did not work. The unit was wired for 220 V and the pump wired for 110V and would thermal shut off after running for 10 seconds and when the pump finally worked, with no support form Pump Warehouse, the heater ran for 15 minutes then stopped working. After 4 months of working with Pump Warehouse, their distributor and the spa pack supplier, Joe Topinka told me to return the spa pack to his distributor and he owuld provide a full refund. That was in 5/07 and he still refuses to refund my money.
Joe Topinka dn JTE PUmp Warehouse can NOT be trusted! NEVER NEVER do business with them. They are completely crooked, lie and will not even honor the warranty on products they sell
