JTs Kia Did not keep their incentive promise Columbia South Carolina

 My complaint is two fold, but both about the incentive program at the Kia car dealership. The television commercial indicated that "I" will cut you a check for 1,000.00, or take advantage of 1.00 down and 1.00 a month for a year and "I" will make your car payment for a year. The person making these claims was J T of J T Kia. I purchased a car on 7/11/15 and was told that, if I took advantage of the 1.00 down, 1.00 per month option, that after the year, my car payments would be about 100.00 a month more than if I did not take the offer. The reason I was given was that the bank not "I" (JTs Kia) would make the payments for a year and wanted to recap their money. But that I could get the 1,000.00, but could not get that until after the bank sent them the money for purchasing the car. Again, the bank, not "I" (JTs Kia). I tried to read the small print while the commercial was running, but was unable to do so. They did not do what they said they would do. Then in their dealership, they have written down that if you were referred, that person would receive 200.00 for the referral. I was referred by my son who had bought a car from the same location, one month earlier. This was told to the salesman, that processed my paperwork and also to the salesman who sold my son his car. My son did not get the incentive money. They did not do what they said they would do. I love my new car, my son is enjoying hia car. However, the experience left my feeling that I was taken advantage of. I would love to hear from J T (the person making the claims on the television commercials), to let him know just how dissatisfied I am with his dealership. Then, I want to speak with his boss to learn if the company's practice is to deceive the public.
