We live in a very stressful world. I have had breast cancer twice now and we need to get away and relax. We have found Cancun friendly and warn in the winter, which the best time for us to get away.

In January, 2008 we were at Tempatation resort in Mexico. We enjoyed the resort and purchased a timeshare and were told about the condos they were building. When we came back for our 35th Wedding Anniversity we ask about the condos being build. Hayley Mullen encouraged us to buy an equity exchange with them towards the Amara condos. We were told the builder would contact us at the resort and a email at home when we arrived. Juan Arroyo, the builder, never did contact us at the resort or since we have been home, which was the end of August. We tried to contact them right away and our phone started to have problems after the calls, so I started emailing them about the problem. We contacted their listed broker about the condo property and found out about the permit problem and not being able to build. Again, we tried to work this out with the broker and they are not being workable with them. Yet, September 17, 2008 I received an email saying they were sending it to cancellation, yet they are not wanting to release my money back to my VISA card. I have filed a billing dispute with VISA and we are waiting for their comments. As a cancer survivor, I appreciate your help
in bring closure to this problem.
