Beware of Juan Rudek  He is using Craigslist and other internet sites to connect with people that are in business.  He attempts to become an investor, or he is one looking for an investor. After going into business with you, he will want to be the one in control of your finances.

He will not pay the bills
He will not pay your staff
He will not take care of your office

what will he do...

He will steal your inventory
He will steal your money
He will use your credit
He will forge your name
He will use your corporations credit
He will copy and paste your signature to documents and have his friend Notarize the documents, usually the contract will state that you are transferring your corporation to his or his wife's name.  He will then transfer all of your assets out of the corporation to his own personal name.

You need to be careful of this man. I know he has done this to more than one person. I have a computer software company and he did this to me.  Now, I am having a hard time getting into my office.  He has the police convinced it is his property now, even though I have been in business for 12 years at the same location.

I have emailed someone else on this internet that has the same problem, and have not heard back from them. if that same person reads this, please contact me.  I see you went through or are going through the same.  My wife and I stand to lose a lot on this and we don't know what to do or where to go, we do know that we did not ever sign these papers.

for everyone else, please, beware of this man. I do not know how I got into this mess.  He contacted me off of Craigslist..  He hounded me everyday and even invested $20,000 in my business, however, my business was worth $300,000, he was only coming in as a 15% partner, and now owns the entire thing.

Please.. someone help me.  I do not know what to do at this point.  The lawyers are saying that if he has that document and I don't have any other proof I am basically screwed.  All of my documents are in the business, the police will not allow me to go in the building.
