Day 4 of the big fall.......
I appreciate all of your response to this problem. It has been great. I knew that if we put all our heads together we could at least console together. Here is what I know this morning:
The FTC in CA is working on this, I have not had official contact with them yet, we keep missing each others calls.
Jennifer Larabee (lead attorney) Kenith Abbee (attorney) Im hoping that when we do have contact with each other, which might not be until Tuesday because of the holiday, they will be able to ease our minds a little bit. There is always hope. I Left another message for him today but he is out of the office. He might return his calls from his voice mail is what they told me. I will definitely keep you posted.
I just received an email from a victim of Jubilee...
We have reason to believe that Jabez Financial is the same as Jubilee Financial. SO there are more of us out there than we could probably count that have been victimized by this group. All the phone lines at Jabez are also busy... Look at the address of Jabez...it is right next door to Jubilee. And Im sure somewhere out there there are probably sister companies to these two...
OK, The all unanswered question I still haven't had answered is where the h*** is our trust accounts? What banking institution? I have a hard time believing that they could just store all this money in a back room somewhere. I would just like to know if they even open trusts for us.
That is where I am at today. Good luck you guys. I am going to go research Jabez and their victims now. Always keep me posted even if you have to leave a rebutal for me to see. Beingfit2@attbi.com.
