Jubilee Financial Services in Downey Ca. leads you to believe that they will negotiate your debts down to 50 percent. with them maiking a percentage of money, on the amount that they save you.

They promise to notify your creditors that you list with them of your enrollment into their program. They never do! My creditors say they never heard of them, and that they have never have contacted them.
They promise to maintain direct contact with you. I have had five or six different Representatives that never answer the telephone or rarely return your calls. They give you what seems to be a resonable sounding script to read to your creditors when they call you


They have you stop paying your creditors and start putting the money into a trust account that will be used to negoitate a settlement. Along with a retainer fee of $299.00. In the meantime your creditors will start calling you and you will have to read that script. Jubilee never contacts them and you keep falling depper and deeper in debt.Until, eventually it goes into collections. After poor to no cutomer service from Jubilee I stop sending them the money and Canceleed the program and have since joined a ligitmate Debt conseling program.

However trying to get my money back has now been two and a half months with one letter saying thatthey would be reviewing my account and allow them six weeks for that..Now once again you go through the trying to get a hold of them, leaving voice messages and they will not return any calls.
