I have been under Jubilee Financial's Program for over of year. So far they have only settled one account of mine.

Most of the time I am unable to raise them on the phone. It is either busy or no one answers. When I do get someone, they claim they are still working on it. The past two days I have been trying to call them on the phone constantly, all I get is a busy single. Their fax number just rings and rings.

These people never return phone calls and emails. I do get an account statement from them each month but that is about it.

I feel that I have been completely riped off they have not done anything what they have promised.
