Jubilee Financial Services is a rip off and fraud company Downey California

I joined Jubilee Financial Services in 1997 through an agent who works for them on a commission. She showed me the contract and explain to me how the company will be able to help me with my debt problem but never in the contract or in our conversation that I will be charge $900 as fee. It was too late for me to back out because I've already signed it and gave money to the agent.

Anyway, I took the chance so I kept sending them money thinking that they will quickly negotiate with my creditor but didn't realized that they won't be able to do so until I have the fund. Another thing is that if you are being sued by the creditor, Jubillee won't be responsible to represent you in the court. They will only provide you the form to complete and you will have to submit the form and worst is face the court alone.

This had happened to me and almost ended up having the court take it out of my salary. Also,if you have Jubilee to handle your car loan, it will be a big mistake because there is nothing Jubilee can do if the creditor reposses the only car that you use for living. It nearly happen to me again if I have not taken the initiative to pay this car loan on my own. Not only that it damaged my credit history but I still get nagging calls and letters from my creditor.

Finally, I decided that I have to get out of this and just pay the rest of the creditor which they were not able to settle for the 5 years that I have been with them. And, now, the most disappointing part is that one of the creditor that Jubillee claimed they had already settled with kept bugging me because they confirmed that my debt is still outstanding even for the fact that Jubilee had given me their report deducting $1000.00 out of my fund payable to the said creditor.

I tried to call Jubilee at the number I have but it's been disconnected so I have no way to contact them to prove to that creditor that this was settled. This is only one of them and I am afraid that someone will show up in my door sueing me because Jubille didn't really settle the account with them. Again, Jubilee Financial Services is a big LIE. They Rip me off.
