Jubille Home Solutions overpromise you and overcharge you Kansas City Missouri

In Jan 18, 2006, a Salesman (his first name is Gus) from Jubilee Home Solutions came to our house to give us an estimate about remodeling our bathroom. He told us the charge to replace the bathroom fan would be $500. When I asked him specifically that why the price was so high, he said Jubilee would replace our old bathroom fan with a top-quality fan and the replacing process would involve a lot of physical work, such as climbing onto the attic to connect the fan with the outside. In that situation, we signed the agreement with Jubilee.

On Feb 12, 2006, an installation crew from Jubilee came to our house to remodel the bathroom. Surprisingly, we found out that the installation crew replaced our old bathroom fan with a very cheap and noisy poor-quality fan, and the whole process took them no more than 5 minutes. Also, the installation crew didn't take the old sheetrock out completely. They left a whole on the wall, which in the future will cause damage to the stability of the whole wall.

We felt we were over promised and over charged by Jubilee salesman. We tried to talk with the managers of Jubilee but got no response from them.

The lesson we learned from dealing with Jubillee is
