As a business owner, I have conducted my approach in a professional manner through several attempts by emails, verbally, and also in person. Furthermore, the premise of these several attempts was and is only for her to pay back what is owed to our company and for her to understand the unprofessional conduct that has been portrayed by Juciara Rocha, and what you represent as Soak Entertainment.

Through the lack of ability to conduct business, while also fabricating to other individuals the speculation of ideas and unrealistic revenue profit, has only illustrated a means for us to seek a suit against Juciara Rocha, what she represent, and what is once again owed to our company.

Unfortunately, her unprofessional tactics overwhelmed what she were not capable of handling by failing to meet all her responsibilities. These responsibilities included the payment to individuals whom were directly related to the event and also the companies that worked in the event performing services that were requested by her. She still owes us U$5,000.00 (Five thousand Dollars) and she shall pay the amount at Los Angeles Courthouse.
