Judge Bruce E. Tolbert Clown in Court Favors the partys with deep bank accounts.... "10583 Synrome" all over again! white plains, New York

Heres a Judge who doesn't care if his orders are being violated this Judge Tolbert had more then enough evidance to throw this mental b***h defendant Melissa Leonard in jail for willful contempt of his order over 20 times, and what does this clown do  NOTHING ! A real Judge upholds their Orders like this Judge Ross on June 7 2010 cover of NYLaw Journal in Nassau Supreme who jailed ex wife for contempt and filing false allegations. He favors the defendant by denying my contempt motions 6 times with NO reason. After 4 years before him this case is a classic "10583 Syndrome" case where judge favors the side who has the most $$$ money almost as the Jusge himself is on the payroll along with ""corrupt CPS workers"" ( Kevin Carpenter, Elane Dickerson Ed Hoope, Sheryn Byron who was proven to have lied to the court in Suffolk County who side with this mental w***e who lies every step of the way filing false allegations for past 4 1/2 years to stop me from seeing my children.

Defendant Melissa Leonard has been found by 2 Judges to be a lier no credibility as noted by two judges in Suffolk County and one in Westchester County courts.

This lier Melissa Leonard , stole our children from their home their father she stole childrens money from their bank accounts she try to ripp off our home by forging my signature and trying to sell it thru her abuser/ molester step mother Dolores Porco Leonards realestate business , Melissa Leonard stole over $200,000 of jewelry which she admitted to at her deposition claiming she had no idea where $$$ tens of thousands of dollars were coming from in to her bank account, stating it must be a miracle !!! what a F'n lier !!! The judge knew about it and did nothing , did she influance this judge in some way why does Jdg Tolbert favoring her does he have special interest in her???  How could this judge overrule himself and take custody away from me with "NO REASON" after he granted me sole custody.... The real child abuser is this judge for letting two little children to remain with a mother like that.

My son who is 11 yrs old is 240 lbs because of his mental mother and his weight is only getting worst. That is CHILD ABUSE all by it self This crazy mother is forcing our children to lie for her to CPS police that I beat my children..... yeah right I hardly see my children.
