I am a 19 year old mother. I had my daughter when I was 18, senior in high school. My daughters father was not involved in my pregnancy at all, he attempted to force me to get an abortion and denied my daughter. We took a DNA test and he begged me not to put him on child support and asked me to let him take care of our daughter on his own. So I agreed trying to be reasonable and kind hearted person. at my high school graduation my daughters father attacked me and my family punched my 6 month pregnant sister in her stomach and said he didn't care about her child's life, he told my mother our house was on fire and it wasn't, he gave our daughter the wrong milk, knowing it would give her a horrible diaper rash as it did before, and the Monday after he made false reports to social services saying I did not feed my child, and I let her sit in wet pampers and her own waste and she received a horrible diaper rash because of it.. So we told him we were moving to Florida. then he filed for custody of my daughter. We went to mediation and he wanted joint custody, rotating every other month. My daughter is only 10 months old, she barley knew her father, so I felt one week out of the month was reasonable enough. Judge Brantley decided to rule in favor of my daughters father, ordering a month to month Custody order. Our original court date was October 1st, 2015 with a different judge, but in September 23, 2015 I received a letter saying our court date had been moved to September 29th, 2015 with judge Brantley. I believe he took a bribe from My daughters fathers lawyer. In the court room they were laughing and judge Brantley made it clear he knew this lawyer. This is an unfair ruling and it is ridiculous. I know he has rights to his daughter and the judge has every right to grant joint custody, but I do not believe he looked into the best intrest of our child, but into the best intrest of her fathers rights. What judge in their right mind would take a small child away from her safe haven?? I believe this judge is fraud.

I find your report questionable for two reasons. The first is that since YOU didnt receive the assistance during your pregnancy YOU are going to exaggerate whatever the situation is in your favor. PLaying the victim is the hallmark of the female creature. Secondly, YOU will say ANYTHING you can to ensure YOUR child doesnt leave your pressence. The judge is WELL within his rights to grant custody to the father. YOU DONT GET TO DICTATE HIS RIGHTS!!!! No matter HOW you feel about it. Its UNFAIR of YOU to deny a father the right to spend time with their child. From your own words......she barley knew her father, so I felt one week out of the month was reasonable enough...... RIGHT THERE is the REAL issue. A MAN has chosen a course of action YOU do not agree with. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DICTATE THE TERMS OF HIM BEING A FATHER!!!!!!YOU are acting in typical fashion for a young knocked up female. YOU aint that special, the world doesnt revolve around YOU or the child. YOU can be as nasty and vindictive as you like, but DO NOT discount that mans right to be a father. Maybe if you took your head out from under the females in your familys dresses you would be able to see that THEY are feeding that nastiness.
