Judge Kirvin has gone overboard in blatantly showing his corruption in a Family Court Case involving millions of dollars. All information and evidence is being uploaded to fixfamilycourtnow.org and evankirvin.com. He routinely has refused to let me speak in court, not allowing me time to present evidence. He has routinely accepted hearsay against proven evidenced documents in his rulings. He has threatened me in court. He has seen that the other party repeatedly committed perjury in court, iwth my evidence, not hearsay, evidence!! He decided to ignore over $140,000 of yearly tax free income that I proved with my ex husbands actual bank statements in his calculations of support. They he decided that my mothers corporation payments to vendors for product was magically income to me. He also decided that i was not allowed to be reimbursed for purchases I made for the company, or for money i loaned them out of my credit cards, even though I proved they were absolutely valid. Yet he did ignore reimbursements my ex got from his companies.

The result. Taxpayers pay for most of my needs and those of my 4 children. Credit card companies never got repaid by me, many thousands of dollars spent to feed the children, as I have no money now. I am disabled.
