Judge Richard T. Standridge Judge Richard Standridge DEBT COLLECTION ABUSIVE LAWFIRM AND CORRUPT JUDGE Internet

I am being sued in Associate District Court of Jackson County, Missouri by Kramer & Frank, a deadbeat collection/law firm working for Midland Funding and Capital One.  The case was filed 3 months ago and to date there has been zero evidence presented by Kramer and Frank that I owe anyone any money much less Midland Funding.  They continue to barrage me with documents to answer (I am acting pro se on my own behalf).  The case is repeatedly continued by Judge Richard T. Standridge.  The attorney from the lawfirm Kramer and Frank never addresses the Court or me but rather speaks through Judge Standridge.  It is in private asides that she appears to tell him what she would like to do with the case at which time he continues the case.  She does not ever have to file a motion to continue, he is her servant apparently.  Kramer & Frank representing Midland Funding LLC are misusing the courts to coerce and intimidate and harrass me.  The case has now been continued until mid-November 2010 even though not one shred of evidence exists that they are entitled to collect the loan.  Not one document has been presented except a homemade computer generated piece of paper that states inside a box Amount Owed, no letterhead, no nothing, no company name, no document showing the loan was sold to Midland, nothing.  And yet Judge Standridge is aiding and abetting this misuse of the courts.  Kramer and Frank file hundreds and hundreds of cases and most of the people being sued do not show for court and then they get a default judgment and garnish the wages of people on whom they probably, like me, have ZERO PROOF of any legal debt they are entitled to collect on behalf of Midland Funding or Capital One.  They are trying to coerce me to admit that I owe them money so they can proceed to collect.
I am researching how to protest this outrageous action and misuse of the courts.  I will not stop until I get someone's attention as both Judge Standridge and Kramer and Frank are guilty of judicial misconduct in violation of the law.  They are contributing to my poor credit rating because of this lawsuit that goes on and on with no evidence.
