Judge Soussan G. Bruguera This Judge Should Off Bench-She let Donald Sterling get away with housing discrimination Los Angeles California

Judge Bruguera let Donald Sterling off the hook in Sabi v. Sterling, which was a disability housing discrimination case.

Judge Bruguera refused to turn attorney Bronwyn Pollock and attorney Evan Wooten over for criminal prosecution and possible disbarment even after I broght to her attention that those attorneys from Mayer Brown,LLP have engaged in obstruction of justice, intentional spoilation of evidence and perjured themselves in court papers. Instead she yelled and screamed at me in her chambers and threatened to call the bailif if I don't shut up about it.

She is pro big corporation and her rulings show it. She ignored evidence in my case against BRE Properties, Inc., because she was runing for re-election that year and was afraid that Mayer Brown, LLP and  BRE Properties, Inc. will mount an opposition campaign against her if she did not ruled in their favor.

She is the laziest judge I ever been in front of. She refused to rule on my motion to compel discrovery upon BRE Properties, Inc., for 7 months.

I filed a complaint against her with the Commission on Judicial Performance, and what a joke that was. The Commission should be dissolved as it is as incompetent and biast as Judge Bruguera is.
