Silicon Valley, California court users should be aware that "Judge" Stuart Scott was found guilty by the state Commission on Judicial Performance for violating the "basic fairness rule," and undermining the integrity of the judiciary and the fair administration of justice. But that hasn't reigned in the ethically-challenged judge. At all. 

Before he became a judge, Stuart Scott was an ethically-challenged Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney. As a prosecutor, Scott was found guilty of egregious prosecutor misconduct by the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit. The misconduct resulted in a murder conviction being reversed. 

As a judge, after being demoted for misconduct as a criminal court judge, Scott was reassigned to family law court. Scott continued to engage in misconduct against court users who couldn't afford lawyers, exhibiting pro per and socioeconomic bias.

In one case, Scott sent the police to track down, harass and intimidate a court user without an attorney. The incident was captured on video and posted on YouTube: https://youtu.be/weS-rIJGpsQ. "Judge" Stuart Scott has violated the civil rights of family court users, retaliated against and punished free speech, abused his authority, disregarded the fundamental rights of court users, and exhibited intentional disregard of the law.
