I paid £200 pounds to Jarmans solicitors to hold a peice of mooring land advertised on Julians Hatswell website www.mooringland.info.

I was then told that the plot I was interested in was not available and that the only land left is now double the price.

At this I requested a refund of my deposit, but  I was refused and given a cop-out exscuse that "its states on the website no refunds".

You can not take a deposit for something that is not available in the first place, this is illegal and a scam.

All emails I have sent them requesting the refund have been ignored.
