I responded to an ad on nextdaypuppy.com. The "breeder" had post several photos of teacup yorkies with the weights. I first spoke with her "employee" marie. I selected a pup from the photos and sent $1300.00. When the pup arrived through cargo, I knew right away that this was not the pup I had choosen, nor was it a teacup yorkie. I refused to "sign off" on the papers and the dog went back, but only after I had taken photos and video of the puppy.
The breeder called and admitted to me that I was right - however, she claimed that it was the employee who was responsible for the "bait and switch". She immediately offered to send the correct dog. I explained that my son had been greatly effected by the scam and I could not allow that to happen again. She assured me that there would be no more problems. Ofcourse, she did it again. I refused to sign off, took photos and called the vet listed on th paperwork because this puppy did not look more thn 5 or 6 weeks old but the number was incorrect.
When I called her, she went nuts on me. She insisted that she has never had a problem and told me I was crazy. I am currently waiting for a refund and filing suit. I do have a photo of this woman, if anyone needs it.

A great deal of people want copies of the ACTUAL records from the clinic as well. It is a good idea to send them as well as any other notes or useful information. It is these actual records and tests and results and such which would be used to consult with the seller's veterinarian in the case of a problem.

This is not rebuttal this is passing information to another victim of Julie and Armando Suotullo and their accomplices and aliases.
Kim, all of sudden this monster Julie call me angry and yelling that why haven't I send her the Letter for the puppy dieing from Pravo. I send her a email and this email contain all necessary infomation: Vet name, Pet hosiptal and it's location with phone number. This letter show the reason for the puppy dieing, the date and time. Nothing was left out.
She insisted I send her a hardcopy. So I sent her a registar ceritified envelope with all necessary paperwork: letter of death, copies of phone bills, receipt for all payments to the Vet for the puppy, purchase order receipt for Pravo II a disinfection liquid for cleaning area of Pravo, a few store receipts for items to clean and item that I purchase for the puppy that I had to get rid of, telephone billing for three month and one more for the last call I make to her when she claim that it was not her who had refuse the certified envelope I send her at her request.
There a Florida District Attorney working a case against her at this time and if you want send me an email and I can put you in contact with Kathryn the assistant handling the case against Julie. Email address is pancake1951@yahoo.com
I 've have contact many selling puppies site and report the new report of Dec 21, 07 and gave a summary of her offense and they have kick her off and could not place an ad for selling puppies. If you happen to find a ad from Juile please notify the site manager of Julie's activities. This is another way to counter act, we unite together we can get rid of her.
