I had a property manager rent my house to these people and they have continuosly not paid rent, refuse myself and my realtor acess to my property and threaten my safety if I came to the house. they have not paid three months rent and refuse to vacate my property. I finnaly securef an eviction against them and will have sheriff move them out. They have refusef cettified mail, letters and phone calls from me. they have cited eroneous repairs in order to attempt to nit pay rent, costing me money to have licensed companies go to the hone and document those repairs don't exzist.

as well ad repairs that couldn't have been anything othrt then sabotage caused by them. I have at least $6000 in attorney fee, unnecessary repairs and lost rent because of their actions. Not including a realtor that quit as a result of being denied acess, another realtor that can't sell my house because of denied acess and the cost of process servers and cort costs. they are well versed on landlord tenant laws and have claimed multiple health and safety issues that I had to pay an expert everytime to verify they don't exsist. finnally I will have to sue them in civil court to recover $12,000 in real an punitive damages. they are both the worst low-life, looser, deadbeat tenants that I've ever encountered.
