Unbelievably awful. 1st the price was a fantastic deal for "all day". But that is not the deal. It is the Groupon price plus the "fees" which made it the same price over $100. BAIT AND SWITCH! The "all day" became 4 hours because that's what they call all day.
2nd - Over 1 hour late and then forgot the equipment needed to secure the jump house to the air compressor. The jump house took about 30 minutes before they could get it to blow up. Mind you, this is for a birthday party and kinds are in wait watching these guys try to get it to blow up all the way. It eventually blew up and they left - I questioned about tie downs or sand bags to ensure the jump house would not move and they said it does not need it and it is not going anywhere. I tied it down myself.
The jump house was ugly, had a whole in it, tattered and ragged, and looked like the 1st jump house ever made. Definitely not what the website and Groupon represented. I spoke to her about a refund and she was rude and tried to defend the crap that they sent. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
