I signed up for service 7/20/2008 at the cost of $83.40 and upon paying I got an instant email stating I would get a phone call shortly to get set up. This phone call never happened.....

I called their customer service line 3-4 times in the next few days and got voice mail each time. Even after leaving a message-no call back

I left a message in email requesting specific assistance and a call...What I got was an offer to see thier FAQ's- no help at all.

7/29/2008 I called and emailed to cancel and take advanatage of the 100% money back guarantee. What I got was voicemail 1st then a letter stating I could call for help anytime...horrible service, my request was ignored!

7/29/2008 I finally reached an actual person in tech support. He said he would process my refund- the 100% money back. He did so and I got an email stating just a portion would be refunded and they were withholding $40 for set up fee's!!

Simply put, after reading more into the sites information pages...in the small print, beyond the upfront and on the home page BOLD claim to a 100% 30 day money back guarantee was a document stating something completely deceptive and different. Read everything carefully and call before your sign up...If you can not reach a human or get a call back it is a good clue to the ongoing service and support.

No product support, and absolutely no 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. What you do get is a deceptive play on fee's and words.
