Once again,I feel compelled to address this issue as Thompson has used the name mon cheri instead of Dwayne,his original alias. Of course the posts continue to come from Sun City Center. Secondly,I would like to address the issue of Mr. Chris Culberson,and the cruel and untrue statements made about him. Chris is a legitimate businessman as well as an excellent father and husband. I have known him for many years and the statements made by Thompson are as stupid as one could expect from a man who has been arrested more times than any of the criminals I could find in the Hillsborough and Pinellas County jail records.

A quick review of Thompson's Florida state criminal history:

Pinellas County 1996 Case # 9803146CFANOA Obtaining property for in return for worthless checks. Disposition:2 years probation for these 3 counts of Felony and Misdemeanor charges plus restitution.

3/10/1998 Pinellas County Case # 9804240CFANOA 3 counts Cocaine,Marijuana,Narcotic Equipment Possesion  Disposition:Jail time(Unknown amount)

4/6/1998 Pinellas  County 3 charges Crack Cocaine possesion Disposition:Unknown

It's obvious this man has no credibility. There is nothing else he can post that will have any valid base.

My name is Tim Ricci. I am 50 years old and have never been arrested for any crime anywhere in the world. The truth is always best expressed in facts.    

Tim, I did not, nor do I know who, post  rip-off report #179032.  I became aware of it after seeing a post by Chris topher Culberson, CC VENDING, 1311 BOYER STREET' LONGWOOD, FL 32750  Tax ID 267-37-6192 .  I asked him to take it down, requesting this by phone message. I informed him that if he didnt remove it that what happened with McDonald house could very easily happen again.

 I got many return calls from Culberson. Each one cruder and more uncivil.  He told me to look up some report that I posted about you.  He said that you unlawfully posted personal information about me.  I couldnt find what the nut was talking about, until I googled Tim Ricci rip-off report. 

I did not post this about you. Christopher Culberson is someone that I have never met.  Only a voice on the phone when called to explain why he stole, yet another machine off of a location that did not belong to him.  As a tool, I am sure that he can have uses for you.  You need to be aware that he is a sociopath and that he has named names of direct associates of yours and of his as implicated not only as committing intentional torts, but conspired criminal acts as well. 
He is abusive to his wife and children.  Judy has sought professional help for his abuses and excesses.  Teen aged girls are his preference, and he seeks out youg street girls in Orlando.

He is a loose canon. Not only loose, but with a load and lit fuse.  He is fully aware that his business model is seriously flawed.He needs to have a sense of association, as he feels that this can mask and shift the blame for his transgressions and trespasses.  I have and remain respectful of you and your organization. 

Conspiring with a loon, who states that law enforcers have personally told him that he may act as vigilante, when he sees fit, may not have pleasant results for the parties in collusion.

I know Tim Ricci and have so for 15 years.  I also know the convicted thief John Thompson that in fact wrote this report about Tim.  John has a police record of stealing gumball machines, filing false police reports and ripping people of in all aspects of the vending business.  Believe nothing about this post due to its source.    The bad guy wrote, he's the POS here not Tim.

One of these reports resulted in a plea by Mr. Thomson of no contest to charges of theft from a gumball machine.(Pinellas County,Fl Criminal Court case #CTC031239MMANO-F) on November 6,2003. For this he was sentenced to six months probation.

Mr.Thomson is also a competing gumball vendor.
