Juniper Credit Card Through Barkley Bank $39 fee for going over limit by $0.07 Wilmington Delaware

I have had this credit card for a couple of years and started out with a 9.9%. I always made my payments on my paydates which was every two weeks. I always thought that the most important thing to remember was the payment due date. Well suprise! its not. The statement date is about a week after due date and it just so happened that a payment was set up for that day. It was on the fifth and it actually posted that day too. So the next month I thought that I had made the required payments but they hit me with a late fee of $49 and then an over the limit fee of $39. I called and complained so they deducted the late fee but they then jacked my interest up to 20.99. I called and complained and wrote nasty e-mails and they lowered it to 16.99 finally. So one month later I had made about 150 in payments and thought that I was good. I used my card for a couple of small things and then noticed that the statement date was on the eighth and I was hit with another overlimit fee. I was only seven cents over and that was due to the increase in the apr. They will probably now jack the interest rate back up to 20.99. All I can say is just watch out for this credit card. I am going to get a loan and pay them off before they get to much more money from me.
