juniper, barclays bank card services delay posting payments,and charging late fees, increased interest, balance transfers that were not made by me! Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Ive called many times to fix this error, and they persisted to say that I did a balance transfer and gave me a date, which i never did this, ive been charged heavilly for this and i still pay my credit bill on time because im afraid of having bad credit go against me.

I have cancelled this credit card and only pay minimum, which is a big amount. They charge me on the bal transfer, 17.27, 53.53 on purchases, which i have not used the card in over a year, The min payment is 94.00, I want to fix this, I shouldnt have to pay on the 699.00 bal transfer which i never made.
