Juniper added Account Protection Plan to our acct. which we didn't sign up for. Each month they billed us for "Account Protection" fee. Without even using card Account Protection fee would throw us over limit then they hit you with 39.00 more monthly. We even closed account. We never once made a late payment. And tried to make larger payments to keep this from happening. But you can't keep up with their racket. We called Juniper but they don't care and no one is regulating them. BEWARE. Will never ever do business with them again!
