This company committed fraud against me and my bank account and the supervisor of cancellations Michelle has poor customer service in regards to the way she attacked my character and the "free" month credit is a poor way of making it right considering my bank account was drafted by Juno for a total of 119.40.

I had no knowledge of this second account and the fact they were billing me until I noticed it on my account statement.

I also got charged another 4.95 as I had the 4.95 for 3month plan, in july. I went onto my account and saw a very short month. However I never did get charged over my plans amount and not over $100. However after calling (late at night or early in the morning, and I mean early, u can talk to an AMERICAN)...I got a free month of all the services, (juno turbo, Family plan and Norton antivirus)... I don't like nor use Norton, and never did receive the CD, however I am not upset as like I said I don't like nor use Norton and plus it was free for this month of August.

Family plan, The games are nothing to pay for.. :/ I wouldn't get it especially now..

Anyway afterawhile, I stopped using Turbo and uninstalled it, and juno kept downloading and installing it automatically. so I used a trick so when it auto downloaded and tried to auto install, I blocked it, it is really a simple technique... :P

plus it can't install any other juno update, it can only download..hehehe...

anyway...I hope u did get it resolved or do..if u ever want to cancel ur juno account go to:

enter ur username and password and it will direct u to a page to cancel online.. :)
