juno is an online email service. I tired to change my password and it would not allow it. It would not recognize my current password. I called em. They said $1.95 per minute. turns out my password had capital lettersd and they told me not to use the caps. Told me 3 minutes @ $1.95 per minute. they took almost $60.00 out of my account. I emailed them and they said sorry, we keep the money
