 Just cellular phone company sold me a "new" (really old but unused) phone on Aug 2, 2011. I got the phone quickly and started to use it within 3 weeks, not too often but I use my phone a couple of times per week. In Sept, around the 19th I went to program it, because it kept saying no service available, and after I did the *228 it quit working 99% of the time. It says it is "registering applications".  Verizon says it is a 2008 phone and no longer compatible with their programming. They said I could take it to a Verizon store and have it flashed if I can find a store that has a working flash machine. I haven't been able to find a working machine at any store yet. My phone is disabled 99% of the time and I threw away $70 on something I can not use and is too old to operate. I called Just Cellular, spoke to Jonathon who was rude and indifferent when he realized that my phone was over 30 days old. He told me to report the problem to Ebay, but no one would be able to help me because the policy is the phone has to be returned within 30 days. I barely used it in the first 40 days, and it was only when I went on Vacation that Verizon advised me to program it before so it would pick up the service and after that, it never worked. It searches for registering applications.... don't waste your money or time with this company, they do not stand by their products and their customer service is null.
