My name is Olga and I am an unsatisfied customer I ordered and paid for a jacket on #856Order date: 04-24-2004 20:09:24 Total: $ 77.98) and another order
# (my order#*** Tracking number: UPS #1ZY7515R0396****** and 10 of may, for a $223.96 from this company.
I received an email stating the order had been processed. I received an email with a UPS tracking number The UPS website still shows that this item was never picked up or shipped.
After several emails inquiring about the problem, I was told this order had been shipped. I requested a refund on several occasions but was told I could not get one because they had shipped the order. Also told on several occasions that they would put a tracer on this order.
I havent received any response from this company. They will not return phone calls either. I would not advise anyone to do business with them. All I wanted was my money back.
And I have all Transaction Confirmation - for my records and the company said Like we said we are very confused ont his problem... this is a long time ago and youc laim you have never received this, but we claim we were never paid for this as well. Please we can issue you the orders if there is payment on them.If you need to reply to this message please click the link below ONLY.

You waited so long that the only thing you can do is the following to build some pressure on Just-Leather / Matthew Sherman and have him send you a check. 2 people have got bad checks and also tell the NJ Attorney General's Office about his bad checks (wich is a felony) so you don't get one. They will force him to do the right thing:
File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/
or call: 973-504-6200
File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
This should all help you get resoultion very fast.
