Just-Leather.com ripoff fraudulent use of my credit card exchange not shipped will not try to resolve no contact Freehold New Jersey

I placed an order with Just-Leather on 3/24/2005. A ladies white leather motorcycle jacket. I received a mens black motorcycle jacket. I contacted Just Leather by E mail and was told to return the item, no problem an exchange would be made. The jacket was paid by credit card 3/30/2005 Ref.#470 Global Web Group Inc. $77.94
The jacket was returned 4/16/2005 and received by Just-Leather on 4/21/2005 By Bill. UPS Tracking No.1Z R30 31A 03 3786 701 3

On 5/03/2005 My credit card was hit again for $77.94 Ref # 137 Just-Leather.com-Glob. I have never recieved the ladies white jacket after several E mails to them I was told it would be shipped in a few days, After more Emails not answered I was told they needed more info. I emailed them pictures form their website of what I wanted. no responce. I told them the next step would be to contact the local Sheriff in Frehold. They did respond that they shipped to all major retail outlets all over the U.S. and did not want my money, they wanted me to have the correct item. Still nothing. On 7/03/2005 I was told the item shipped last week. Still nothing. have not heard from them anymore. I tell them to do the right thing and they dont.
I have never got anyones name on the Email. only that Bill received the mens black jacket on 4/21/2005
