On January 3, 2005, I ordered a leather jacket for my husband for $92.94. Several days later my payment was processed on my debit card.
On January 27, 2005, I received an e-mail with a UPS tracking number saying my order would be delivered by February 2, 2005.
The tracking information showed billing information had been received, but the package had never been picked up to delivered to UPS.
We started contacting them through phone & email. They apologized for the delay and said it that it was sent out on February 3 and that we could start tracking it. It was not sent.
Then in another e-mail saying the jacket was shipped on February 7 and they would send us a tracking number by February 8th. We have not heard from them since. It seems they have stopped responding to our e-mails. In the past, they would respond with some vague answer, not what we wanted to know. But now they have not responded to our past 5 messages in the past 2 days.

After a few phone calls to Just Leather.com, Matthew Sherman called on Friday, Feb.11. He tried giving us the no good UPS tracking number again, said it was picked up that morning. Then he said he would just refund our money and while still on the phone, sent us a confirming e-mail showing the charge and refund. We were notified by Paypal also that the refund was issued and the money was back in our account Monday.
He did however threaten to sue us for slander. We did not say anything that was untrue. He accused us of being uncontrollable & irate and spreading slander. All we wanted was an honest dealing. We were told on 3 separate occasions that the jacket was shipped, but it never was. As promised, we issued this update to say that he did refund us our money.
Thanks to Rip-Off report we were able to settle this before time ran out.

In response to the complaint I filed with the Freehold police, Matthew Sherman is now under investigation for child abuse. There are also reports that he has commited adultery. Different people I talked to in town state they have seen him around town with different woman. I never received my leather jacket, but I am glad he is finally getting in trouble for the child abuse. If these rumors of adulterous activities are true, then his wife may very well leave him. It's safe to agree the witnesses have come forward to his wife. Matthew Sherman may be on the couch for a very long long time. Including solitary confinement, mechanical use of the ol right hand instead of love boxin' it, and utilizing the services of Lever 2000 soap bars in the shower. Matthew Sherman is a vile piece of mutton and Male donkey 'marrow pudding'
