I ordered jacket on the 13th of January with a Credit Card. I was assured that the merchandise would come in 4 days. Well, that is not what happened. First, I failed to check him out, I order from the net quite often, which is causing me grief.
Second, I have gotten the run around, unreturned calls, lied too when called and finally enough of this game. I am a business owner who customers rely on great customer service and prompt delivery. I've had to eat this one and I am very upset. I have contacted the BBB, the State Police (NJ), His Attoney and my local police agency about this matter. I hope that something can and will happen soon.
I wish there was a way to alert people via his website?????
any ideas anyone?????
