Last Feb I gave Victor Charles Zambuto a deposit of $1500 (cash) for his estimate to patch repair and sealcoat my driveway. He cut several holes in my driveway; and left all of them uncovered and unfilled/unpached. I have called him several times in the last month and he does not pick up or return my call. His business address is 106 Bethpage Terrace. Mr. Zambuto has left multiple unpatched hole's in my driveway and the sealcoating has not been started. I highly advise you do not use this company at all.
I did a little research online after he started avoiding my calls and found out the he has changed his company name and locations 5 times. Mr. Zambuto has robbed and destroyed many peoples driveways and continues to do so even to this day!
Some of the companies he operates or operated under are-Garden State Ashphalt Toms River, NJ- Budget Monkey Seal Coating Kutztown, PA- Velvet Top Seal Coating NY, Just Paving and Seal Coating Inc. Easton, PA and multiple others.
Stay away from Mr. Zambuto and his companies. He alos has an assistant Lisa Marie Stanko who answers business calls sometimes and is an extremley rude and obnoxious woman!
I hope I have saved a fellow consumer from pain and suffering with this report.

None of these ripoff reports are real. They are all coming from a single, disgruntled individual who has no relation to the business Just Paving and Sealcoating, and is merely attempting to hurt the owners behind the company due to a personal grudge. This individual's petty and childish personal grudge is seriously hurting the company's growth and negatively impacting the lives of the owner and his family, all for no reason.
Here's the truth: all of these reports are obviously fabricated, because it is common sense that if a customer handed over a $1,500 deposit, had their driveway destroyed and then was abandoned by the contractor, they wouldn't go and complain on the Internet. They would file a police report, which obviously hasn't happened. The individual is completely fabricating this ludicrous story, none of this ever even happened and it's so obvious that it is completely fictional.
And no we haven't been changing our company name either. Anybody who knows anything about business knows that it doesn't work like that. Creating a company takes a lot of time and a lot of money. You can't just restart whenever you feel like it. That's complete nonsense and obviously comes from somebody who has very little understanding of how business works. He is listing people and employees who aren't even a part of the company, who we at Just Paving and Sealcoating have never even heard of. His libel and slander against our company is not only completely nonsensical, but totally unjustified. Just Paving and Sealcoating does not operate this way. We are a business who offer a service, we are professionals in the field operate honestly, and these claims against us are shocking and downright embarrasing.
