Just Right Auto Sales Consumer Ripoff Montgomery, Alabama And Duluth, Georgia

I too was tricked into purchasing an automobile from Just Right Auto Sales. I went to purchase a vehicle,being told over the phone that I would be financed for a car regardless of credit. I dont have the best credit so I knew that the deal wouldnt be great, but not to the tune of 18,000 plus dollars. I asked for pricing on some of the cars and was basically told they could not give me a price on the car. They had to look at my credit and see how much financing I qualified for.

I filled out the application and test drove a 2000 Chevy Impala with 115,000 miles on it. The salesman asked me if I wanted the car and I told him yes, but I wanted to know how much the price of the vehicle was. He told me he was going to put the numbers together and bring them to me. When he did come back, he had a stack of papers for me to sign. When I seen the price of the car, I nearly fell out of my chair!!! 18,486.94 with payments of 197.00 every 2 weeks.

I went to a location in Buford,Ga where there is no busline and at this point, I had no ride back to my home in Decatur. I was whispered sweet nothings in my ear about the 10 day money back gaurantee, which is a complete nightmare, and this "great" warranty just in case something went wrong with the car. I gave them my $1200.00 dollar down payment and drove the car home.

Low and behold, on the second day I had the car, I had to take it back to Just Right because it was running hot. They didnt have a rental car for me to drive as they stated they give when your car is being repaired so for 2 days I was out of a car. They did 1,000 dollars worth of work to the car and the car was fine for another 4 days and then more problems. This time they did have a rental and gave it to me, which was probably the most ragged vehicle they had to loan out. I had that for about 4 days and by then changed my mind about the car all together.


They told me that I missed my money back gaurantee time by 1 day and there was nothing I could do. Mind you, I just gave them 1200.00 dollars and still have not had the car I purchased in my possesion but 4 days. Bottom line, the quality of cars is not good, and they are severly overpriced. Everyone, please beware of Just Right Auto Sales. There goal is not to help you, it is strictly to make money!!! There are other places you can go and get a much better deal.
