On Sept. 24 I purchased two shih tzu puppies. After having them only 5 days one of the puppies became very ill and after being tested by a vet, found one had parvo. I was told parvo takes from 7-10 days because of the incubation period and that the puppy had to have contracted the disease from the seller's kennels. The second puppy is under watch by the vet now. The first puppy is in the Pet Hospital costing me several thousands of dollars to try to save him. Justin gives a written guarantee and an online guarantee which is worthless. I would like a class action suit against him and anyone else that would like to join this suit please contact me. I have been told to start a civil suit against this person. Justin is aware of selling unhealthy puppies which is obvious by him not returning my calls. He needs to be stopped so others do not suffer the consequences of buying an unhealthy puppy and costing them several thousands of dollars to try to save the puppy. I also question if they were even given the shots he told us they were given.

I'm very sorry to hear of your problems with Justyourpup.com/Justin Sullivan. This is certainly not the first time he has sold sick puppies.
I encourage you to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas, Consumer Complaint Division. You can do this online. Additionally, you might want to notify all the online ad companies that he is selling sick puppies (AGAIN!!) and refuses to return phone calls. Some of the ad companies will take down his ads. You can also leave a review of his business on Yahoo, but they will take it down in a couple of days.
I also encourage you to put an ad on Craigslist in San Antonio, Austin, and other surrounding cities about your experience. People that read Craigslist have reported having the same experience as you many times over. Sullivan also sells puppies at Pet Expo's various times during the year. People have purchased sick puppies there, too.
Spread the word in every forum that you can find.
