Before placing my order, I called the company to make sure they would be able to ship it out in time for my daughter's party on 5/5. They confirmed and assured me that it would. I called every day that week 5/1 - 5/4 to see if it was shipped and every day it was a different excuse.

On 5/4, they said they would ship it overnight to make sure it would be here for the party on 5/5. On 5/5, the party has already started, and still no package.

I called on 5/7 asking for a return label and a refund. They said they would email me the label and when they receive the package, they would issue the refund. I never received a return shipping label, instead got an email stating to write an RMA number on the package.

After shipping the package using my own money, I called back a week later and my calls were never answered. It has been over a month already and I still have not received a refund. I have called numerous times and sent emails, but I never get a response.

There have been many other people complaining of the same issue but the company has been ignoring and deleting the complaints.
