Please Cancel and Close my justcloud account immediately.

Reason:  After learning my new hard drive I brought in Feb 2014 is failing I tried to use my justcloud account to drag and drop files from
my macbook.

Your system keeps asking me to upgrade.  I am paid up until Oct 2014.
Unlimited Plan 1 Year

I then tried to backup all of my macbook files this also did not work.

I tried to upload one file.  Got error every time.

Your system is of no use.

I had to use my external hard drive for backup and to save important files from my failing macbook hard drive.

Please close and cancel this account immediately.
