Just before being terminated from my job I wisened up and quickly uploaded my entire Mac system files to www.justcloud.com so that I would have everything I needed to get out and get another job ...or so I thought. Once terminated I went to the cloud to retrieve my files. These files took two days to upload and I received a confirmation that all the files transmittd. None of what I needed was there. Some files were but the folders containing my entire works history, portfolio and resume were not. Everything I needed to get a new job was up in smoke and JustCloud was no where and offered little support. I was panicked and scared and they only offered support via email providing responses "within 24 hrs". After 5 days we were nowhere and now I am having to pay $700 for data recovery. I would like to know what my legal rights are here. I think justCloud should pay for the data recovery.

Worst service and support ever

Whom ever answered this wouldn't have any idea what my issue is because there is no one to speak too. It wasn't "system files" they were files on my sytem or Mac. It was a complete back up of all my files and I received a notice that the back up was completed, only to find that some files were backed up and some weren't. I did not pick and choose files, I did a complete back up of all files on my computer and when this failed you offered zero help or relief. Worst service ever and I will be sure to let anyone that will listen know.

You should have uploaded your personal data but instead you uploaded the system files. That was a crucial error.

That is incorrect. You received a confirmation that all of the selected files were transmitted. You failed to select the correct files.
