WILL PUT UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON YOUR DEBIT CARD -

I don't know if any of you have seen the advertisements online for a company called "Just Fab", but they have adverts where you can buy two pairs of boots for 39.95 with your first order, and then all of their shoes and boots are 39.95 a pair. I ordered 3 pairs of boots from them for my daughters birthday. (First off, you don't get 2 pairs for 39.95,unless you want a limited few horrible selections from their clearance page, but that's not the problem)
 
I'm VERY cautious about reading the fine print on placing orders online, but somehow these sneaky bastards signed me up for some kind of membership where you are charged 39.95 a month, for a store credit to go online and pick out even more boots to have shipped to you, unless you go online and choose the 'skip this month' option.
 
I never saw any of that or I wouldn't have signed up for it obviously, but it also takes an act of congress to cancel this supposed membership. You can go online and cancel your membership, but in doing so you are actually not doing anything. I th...ink that is just a trick to make you think it is cancelled so they can bill you again the next month because you actually have to call and wait on hold forever and speak to someone (who barely speaks English) to cancel the membership.
 
There is a feature on their website to chat with an agent, in which you will also be on hold for about 15 minutes before getting a live person, who can do nothing for you but tell you to call their number. From what I gather, you can not order anything from their store without being signed up for this membership. So since it's getting to that time that people are probably going to be ordering boots for winter, I just wanted to put this warning out there so you guys don't have the hassle and unauthorized charges to your accounts and all this mess we had to go through.
 
I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from JustFab.com. They say that they processed a refund for the unauthorized charges, that we will see credit for it in 3-5 days, but we will see. Feel free to share this with your friends and avoid the nightmare I dealt with, with these jerks. They are everything but fabulous as their name suggests.  They are just a NIGHTMARE.  Do NOT order anything from this website unless you want to throw your money away!
