I bought a pair of shoes online and 3 weeks later I was charged an additional 39.95 for a VIP membership that they say was in the box in the form of a letter saying once I purchased the shoes I automatically agreed to this VIP. I did not agree and asked for it to be refunded and they said no. You only have from the 1st through the fifth of each month to say no and if you dont call every month you wil be charged. I am appauled by this really unprofessional and slimy way to do business. I looked in the box several times and there was no letter. I want my money refunded not credited in their boutique.
