Justfab.com Customer service? Not so much. Internet

 I went onto justfab. There is a 60 minutes VIP special pricing-9.99 first item. Ok then I receive an email "75% off first order plus free shipping". Ok I figured I can do a pair of shoes for the 9.99 try that but it shows I have to pay for shipping. I add two pants, I lose my 9.99 for my first item, but then get free shipping. Yet one item is now at full price. I contact chat-an hour and a half later I can get my ONE item and they will give me free shipping. Ok fine. I lose one person go back to have another chat disconnect. Then another. They will give me the shipping after another half hour but I don't see it on the page. Lost another rep. Now I am told I need to contact the 1-800 number. I email them frustrated. I get multiple emails and another rep reviewing something completely irrevalent to issue. I now have given up. No resolution.
