I was a newly signed up client to this website and when there were things that I didn't understand on the site and the way it was supposed to work, and of all things spend money, I called into the support and got this lady on the phone that was extremely rude, and she was rude from the start of the conversation, just because I wanted to know how and why charges were on my account when it specifically said 0.00 on the internet reciet.

Mind you I called in for support, not ridecule and when she started arguing with me and not helping me with the explanation that I deserved.  She just banned me from the site forever.  just like that.  Now keep in mind, I had been a customer all of 2 to 10 min and had done nothing to this woman or the site, just wanted a detailed Idea of how things worked, and she banned me. 

Now I tried to get back in under another cc and email address and I had the same problem with the site as I had before and called in and got the same rude csr, what were the odds of that?  I think here name is Irvata or Irvita  or something like that, but all in all who ever is running this site is an Idiot, If thats service I hate to see what they were capable of if you really did something but I intend to rant about this all over the internet because this is rediculous. 

The site itself like all other cam sites is shady at best, you know they tell you its free and then you wind up with an instant charge on your cc the will eventually fall off, but thats what they should state on the website, somewere on the page your entering  information on, not in fine print.   but the girls were nice from what I had seen in free chat. And I was looking forward to being able to chat with them too.
