I strongly advise anybody to stay away from ResumeMyCareer. Its a scam, the resume I received
was bad and when you ask for changes they lie to you.

Were you ever stuck with somebody who took your money and lies to you many times and in the
end laughs at you. This is one of those services. Stay away from them. Even the presedent of the resume writers organization recommended to get my money back:

Hello
Guido...
I can only suggest that you file a charge-back with your credit card company,

Guido,

We write over 30,000 resumes a year. The resume that we sent to you is a solid
resume. However, we will make the changes you feel necessary so that it jumps
off the page at you.

here are some thoughts:

Professional Experience section
Qualifications section is missing the "WOW" factor. Uses a lot of
vague words that don't really mean anything. Doesn't jump out.
I don't think it creates the momentum that makes the recruiter even want to go to the next section.

Professional Experience section
Too many descriptions are task-based and simply not result-based, meaning they
tell what you DID-not what you ACHIEVED. To be effective and create excitement, these must be results-based. Recruiters are looking for results.

I realize that what I gave you might not have had the information in that case you need to let me know and I will provide that. You should know what a great selling resume looks like and that is what you promise and have not delivered.

Thank you.

 Guido,

I understand that it does not matter to you as to the breadth of our experience. However, I was trying to demonstrate that we have helped thousands of people secure employment using our resumes and our proprietary-like style. We're Certified Professional Resume Writers. We are educated as to what
employers are looking for.

We will work to amend everything for you and have it to you tomorrow.

he promised Thursday.

On Thursday
he promised Friday.

On Monday
Tuesday.

After 6 days
I had enough and asked for my money back and got this.

Guido,

You are welcome to dispute the charge. Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, or PayPal will
not reverse the charge. You may refer to our FAQ section regarding how our refund/return policy works:

http://www.resumemycareer.com/faqs/

We also have a section dedicated to that during the checkout process.

Since this is a service, and you cannot "return" the product to us,
we do not offer refunds in accordance with our agreements with Visa, MC, Amex,
Discover, and PayPal.

With that being said, we have already done one set of revisions for you, and
are working on the second set. These changes take time. You have to be patient.

I wish you the best of luck as well. If you would like to have us still work on
the resume for you, so as to ensure you get your money's worth, we are happy to
continue on that as well.
Please advise.

Even though I am not interested anymore, I had to hire somebody else I aksed again today about 2 weeks after the rush order and he now asks me to resubmit specific information for rework.

Really great and timely service.
